Certification

Quality assurance is a critical component in game development and TrueLab does its best to assure that its games and number generator comply with the highest international legal and technical standards. For such purposes we regularly certify our RNG and games.

WHAT IS RNG?

RNG (Random Number Generation) is the generation of a sequence of numbers or symbols that cannot be reasonably predicted better than by a random chance, usually with a hardware random number generator. RNG generates a quick sequence of random numbers, producing instant results which are guaranteed to be fair.

TrueLab uses certified RNG in all slot and dice games.

Our team continues to work on the implementation of the RNG blockchain solution which would meet two conditions:
— it is certified by respectful testing laboratories
— it is provably fair according to the blockchain community

WHAT IS THE RNG PROCESS?

TrueLab's RNG was certified in accordance with legislation and standards of many countries all over the world (particularly Malta, UK, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Columbia, Isle of Man, Gibraltar etc.)

It has been certified by iTechLabs. This company is a testing laboratory certified to the ISO / IEC 17025 standard for online gaming systems. Over the past 10 years, the company has tested and certified lots of games found on various gaming platforms. The company has been at the forefront of the development of the online gaming standards which are now used, in various forms, by regulators around the world, including the MGA and the UK Gambling Commission.

GAME CERTIFICATION

Since our main goal is fairness, transparency and compliance of our products with international legal standards and rules in most gambling areas from offshore gamling zones to respectful European countries, all TrueLab’s games regularly undergo game certification by such testing laboratories as iTechLabs and eCORGA.

eCOGRA is a testing laboratory that established in 2003 in order to introduce self-regulation to the online gaming industry, and thereby assist in ensuring players are properly protected, games are fair, and operators behave responsibly. eCOGRA has been awarded the United Kingdom Accreditation Service’s (UKAS) ISO accreditation ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO/IEC 17020:2012. To date, the company has performed in excess of 1000 worldwide compliance reviews.
